Our Founder: Theresa A. Dear


Theresa Dear received her Masters of Science in Industrial Relations and Bachelors of Arts in Organizational Development from Loyola University, Chicago. She is a recognized thought-leader in human resources. She has been a speaker and presenter at Northwestern University’s Kellogg Center for Non-Profit Management. She is also an adjunct instructor at Devry University’s Graduate School of Management, where she teaches training, organizational development and human resources. Theresa continues her education at Harvard University.

HR4NON-PROFITS understand that non-profit organizations often operate with budgetary limitations. We understand that non-profit organizations experience endowment restrictions and funding shortfalls. Our rates are designed to provide uninterrupted services during funding challenges.


During those predictive periods of funding challenges, we invite our clients to engage us in capacity planning, so we can provide appropriate support. During those unpredictable periods of funding shortfalls, we are committed to supporting our clients through these challenges.


Our rate structure provides a menu of payment selections and schedules including:


  • Three-year contract
  • Retainer
  • Hourly (as needed)
  • Monthly (payment schedule)
